The first of those developments was the earnings release. ACV's second-quarter revenue was $214 million, which was 10% higher than the year-ago tally. Its marketplace gross merchandise value (GMV), however, was essentially flat at $2.7 billion. The company's net loss deepened to $8.2 million ($0.05 per share) from second quarter 2025's $7.3 million.
