Overview

Energy equipment company GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) makes gas turbines, wind and hydroelectric equipment, and grid infrastructure used to generate and deliver electricity.

GE Vernova recently signed an agreement to help rebuild Venezuela's power system. The plan is to add 1 gigawatt of reliable power within 24 months and another 5 gigawatts over the next four years. The work will cover power generation as well as transmission, distribution, and substations.
